Wellbeing Coaching

Our wellbeing is mental, physical and spiritual, and is something a lot of people neglect only realising its importance when they feel burned out or reach crisis point. 

I take a holistic approach to your wellbeing, assessing all areas of your life at this starting point and establishing how you would love your life to look in the future. Then we will start prioritising the areas that need tackling. Some of the areas we could cover are:

I will support you in making positive changes towards being the best version of yourself. It may feel uncomfortable some times but change is uncomfortable, stepping out of your comfort zone is where the magic happens - that's what makes it so worth it.  I will provide you with a personalised programme which may include menu suggestions, breathing techniques, meditation and much more. We'll carry out tasks to allow you to understand your habits and how to change your mindset to those habits that hold you back. We'll have regular Zoom calls to catch up and I will be available to support you between sessions.
